General information on data processing

Scope and purpose of the processing of personal data

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically records data and information regarding the computer system of the accessing computer. The following data are collected: the visitor’s pseudonymized IP address, date and time of day of the access, website from which the visitor’s system reaches our website (referrer URL), website that the visitor’s system accesses through our website, browser, operating system, and Internet provider of the visitor. The above-mentioned data will be processed by us only to the extent required to ensure the functional capability of the website.

Storage of personal data and retention duration

These data are stored in our system’s log files, but are not stored together with other personal data of the visitor. The data are deleted as soon as soon as the session has ended.

Contact form and e-mail

Communicate Language Services GbR provides the user with a contact form – on a voluntary basis. These data are transmitted in encrypted form and received by our e-mail program. This entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email address (which is required to respond to inquiries), as well as any other personal data present in the e-mail. The information is stored within this e-mail program for processing your inquiry and customer service. This data will only be transmitted to third parties if necessary to the process of responding to the inquiry. In accordance with applicable law, you can ask at any time whether and which of your personal data is stored, and we will reply promptly. If you wish to have your contact details deleted from our e-mail program, please send us an e-mail.

Your rights as data subject

At any time you have the right to request access to your personal data and the right to rectification or erasure of that data or the restriction of its processing. In addition, you as data subject have the right to object to the processing of your personal data as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. When the data processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
